Mas Cristine Cotes du Roussillon Rose 2009 75cl

This rosé is made from direct pressing of Syrah and Grenache and cold fermentation under reductive conditions. In 2008 the grapes were harvested at perfect ripeness and we are very happy with this delicious rosé.

The beautiful old buildings of the Mas Cristine Estate look down to the shores of the Mediterranean and the town of Collioure. The estate is at the southern edge of the Côtes du Roussillon Appellation, and has complex soils of schistes, clay and limestone.

Vines were first planted here around 1810, and the property today has magnificent holdings of Syrah, Grenache, Roussane, Marsanne and Muscat.
