Delivery Service

At present we deliver within the UK only.  All items will be despatched using either a courier service or by our own delivery vehicles.

Order up to 11.30am and we'll do our best to have your order delivered next working day.  Place your order after 11.30am on Friday, or at the weekend, and your order will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.  Orders received after 11.30am Monday to Thursday will be despatched the following day for next day delivery.  Delivery is charged from £5.49 and applies to all orders which are to be delivered within Mainland UK.  Orders from our Specials area including cigars and Champagne and Glasses may take between 3-5 days for delivery.  Orders made during adverse weather conditions and deliveries to more remote areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland may take slightly longer. 

Gift Messages

If your order includes a printed gift tag message, delivery time may take between 3 to 5 days.

Returns

Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange if returned in their original condition and in original packaging within 14 days with proof of purchase.  Please contact us at info@inverarity121.com for instructions. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.  

Damages

We will replace any damaged or faulty goods pending stock availability and if a refund is required full postage costs will also be refunded.
