20% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 50% Pinot Meunier. A subtle and elegant wine with floral aromas and on the palate a freshness and harmony which is ideal served as an aperitif but can be enjoyed throughout the meal.

The Poilvert family can be traced back in the village archives of Talus St Prix to 1663 when , even then they were cultivating vines.  Today, Jean Poilvert in association with his father, Jacques continue the family tradition of cultivating and elaborating their champagne in the age old ways.
