My dinner party wine.....well when I get invited.
If your ever invited over for dinner and you don't know what's being cooked, or even what the host drinks Amplus Sauvignon Blanc is the answer. Without breaking the bank you get one of the best sauvignons on the planet that is food friendly and still full of fresh fruit vigor that makes it a treat just to sip. If the cook doesn't do wine you just have to sit back and enjoy the wine yourself.
I've served this wine with chilli, steak, soup, curry, cheese, salads and even chocolate(okay the chocolate didn't work to well but you got to try).
Grab a bottle and get it chilled just incase an invertation comes your way.
Enjoy,
Andy
Inverarity are extremely proud to have represented Santa Ema in Britain since 1999. Over the past 10 years we have seen the quality of the wines go from strength to strength and are constantly amazed at the quality and value across the whole range. Its no surprise that the whole range picks up praise from wine writers and magazines across the world with glowing recommendations and consistently high scores.
Today Santa Ema is still a family owned and run operation but has embraced the modern era with the construction of a state of the art 3.2 million litre winery in the Maipo Valley.
