For us it's all about passion - a passion for what we do and a passion for how we do it. We are an independent Scottish wine company that aims to deliver exceptional levels of quality and service in everything we do.
Our occupation is sourcing wines of distinction from all over the world, from our New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc to the classic fine wines of France that we personally select.
We now have two fine wine boutiques in Glasgow and Edinburgh as well as a bar on the second floor of the Edinburgh Festival Theatre so make sure you drop by for a sip or a bottle. We stock an amazing range from around the world featuring everything from the Timorous Beasties house wines, through Krug and Montrachet, to Petrus and beyond! We also have an amazing array of hand-rolled cigars in our beautiful walk-in humidor which cigar fans will love.
Not only do we pride ourselves on our wine offering we are also proud to support the arts in Scotland through various sponsorships that include the Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Arts, Arts & Business Scotland and BAFTA Scotland.
We truly believe that wine stimulates all of the senses and we invite you to indulge our passion. Welcome to Inverarity One to One fine wines.
Pete has always considered himself a real foodie but it wasn't until he started in the business that he really developed a passion for wine and discovered what a perfect partner to food it is... “I love matching the right bottle to the right dish, ideally improving both as a result”. So who better to ask for advice, other than Julie of course.
Andy grew up on Islay and literally has whisky flowing through his veins. After finishing university, his passion for whisky led him to Oddbins where he learned about wine and cigars as well as fine-tuning his pronunciation of French labels. He has also worked as a whisky and wine valuer at an auction house and has regularly appeared on TV and radio shows as a drinks expert. As the secretary of Glasgow’s Whisky Club, he has tasted some amazing bottles including one that cost £4,600…why not pop into Bath Street and test his knowledge over a dram or two.
