Michael Clark studied between 1979-1983 at Edinburgh College of Art. He has been a full time painter since 1994 and returned to Scotland in 1999 with his wife Karen and three children. He was a runner up in the Aspect painting prize in 2003 and has regularly exhibited with the RSW, RSA, RGI, VAS and PAI. He has work in the Royal Bank of Scotland Collection and was recently listed by the Glasgow Herald 50 artists to invest in.
