Ross' passion for wine was instigated by an accidental collision with a particularly fine bottle of Amarone at the age of 18, which he couldn't believe "came out of a bottle of wine". Whilst studying at The Scottish Hotel School, this passion was nurtured further and post graduation there was nothing Ross wanted more than to indulge this passion by starting a career in the wine trade with Oddbins. Four years, and a make shift apprenticeship later, it was time to spread the wings and the opportunity to set up something new with Scotland's leading independent wine merchant was the ideal way to do just that.

After forming a strong working relationship together in Oddbins' flagship Scottish Store in Glasgow's West End, Peter was Ross' ideal choice of partner to launch Inverarity One to One in Glasgow. Peter's experience of managing one of Oddbins largest stores in the UK would provide the base on which to grow Inverarity One to One's reputation. Conveying trust and integrity through the extensive range of wines and quality of service on offer, bringing a unparalleled passion for the product, together with enthusiasm and professionalism in abundance - it's what we do best.
